제1조

본 규정은 한국융합보안학회(구,사이버테정보전학회) 논문지의 논문심사 및 게재에 관한 세부사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.

제2조

심사위원은 편집위원에 준하는 상당한 업적을 가진 정화원으로 하며 필요시 외부 전문가도 심사위원으로 위촉할 수 있다. 심사위원은 ‘정보보안 분야’, ‘산업보안 분 야’, ‘국방보안 분야’로 나누어 위촉한다.

제3조

논문심사는 1편당 3인의 심사위원을 배정하고, 편집위원이 1명이상 참여하도록 한다.

제4조

심사기간은 21일로 하며, 재심사의 경우 14일로 한다. 단, 심사 시작 10일 후 재심일 경우에는 7일 후에 논문심사를 재촉하여 논문 심사 기간을 단축할 수 있다.

제5조

심사위원은 심사결과를 ‘게재 가’, ‘수정 후 게재’, ‘수정 후 재심’, ‘대폭수정’, ‘다수 수정 후 게재’, ‘조건부 수리’, ‘게재 불가’ 중 하나로 판정한다. 편집위원장은 3명의 심사위원의 심사 결과를 취합하여 다음 표에 따라 심사결과를 최종 판정 한다.

(단, 대폭수정, 조건부 수리, 다수 수정 후 게재는 수정 후 게재 판정에 따른다.)

제6조

논문 투고자는 정해진 기한 내에 최종 판정 받은 논문에 대하여 수정하여 제출하여 야 한다. 다만 정해진 기한 내 수정이 어려운 경우 논문에 대해 게재 유보 요청을 할 수 있으며 게재 유보된 논문은 다음 호로 이월 하여 게재할 수 있다. 또한 수정 후 재심 판정 후 2주 이내에 수정하여 제출하지 않으면 게재불가로 판정한다.

제7조

논문 투고자가 심사결과에 불복할 경우 편집위원장에게 이의 신청할 수 있으며 이의 신청이 접수된 논문에 대하여 제3의 심사 위원에게 논문심사를 요청 할 수 있다.

제8조

최종 결과가 ‘게재가’인 논문에 대하여서만 논문지로 출판 할 수 있다.

부칙

본 규정은 2009년 1월 30일부터 효력을 발생한다.

Thesis Examination Regulations of Korea Convergence Security Association
(Korea Convergence Security Association)

Article 1

The purpose of the regulations is to stipulate details about thesis examination and publication of journals of Korea Convergence Security Association(former Korea Information Assurance Society).

Article 2

The examiners must be regular members that have considerable accomplishments equivalent to editors, and if necessary, external specialists can be appointed. The examiners are appointed in ‘information security field’, ‘industry security field’ and ‘national defense security field’.

Article 3

Three examiners are assigned for one thesis with participation of more than one editor.

Article 4

The examination period is 21 days, and that of reexamination is 14 days. However, if the reexamination starts ten days after the examination period begins, the thesis examination period can be reduced as the thesis examination is hastened in seven days.

Article 5

The examiner decides the result of examination as one of ‘Pass’, ‘Pass after revisions’, ‘Reexamination after revisions’, ‘Major revisions’, ‘Pass after major revisions’, ‘Conditional revisions’ and ‘Fail’. The chief editor collects the results of the three examiners and makes the final decision according to the following table.

(However, major revisions, conditional revisions and pass after major revisions comply with the decision of pass after revision.)

Article 6

The thesis submitter must revise the finally decided thesis and submit the revised one within a given period. However, if it is difficult to revise within the given period, the submitter can request to postpone publishing the thesis, and the postponed thesis can be published in the next issue.

Article 7

If the thesis submitter protests against the examination result, he or she can appeal it to the chief editor, and the examination for the appealed thesis can be requested to the third party examiner.

Article 8

The thesis with the final decision ‘Pass’ can be published in the journal.

The regulations come into effect as from January 30, 2009.
